Course contents

The course will provide the students with intermediate knowledge of Chinese language.
Students will develop the ability to write in Chinese, to talk and read texts of growing difficulties in Chinese .
Some outstanding features of Chinese morphology will also be dealt with during the course.
Besides,  students will benefit from weekly classes with Chinese teachers specifically designed for practicing oral and written Chinese.

Assessment methods

WRITTEN EXAM

Mid term exam and final exam. Written exam includes sentences to be completed or modified, translation of sentences from Chinese into Italian and from Italian into Chinese and a composition in Chinese

ORAL EXAM
Conversation in Chinese on some topics dealt with in the classroom. Reading and translation of texts discussed in the classroom. The student is also required to discuss the linguistic issues presented in the classroom.
