Learning outcomes

 

Students will :

- be able to conduct a review of literature, design an empirical research, select research instruments, and analyse data useful to realize a research thesis;

- know methods to conduct assessment in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology;

- design services or products in Work, Organizational and Personnel Psychology.

Basic/fundamental topics of psychosocial and organizational research.
Research methods for psychosocial and organizational studies.
Conducting a psychosocial and organizational research.

Teaching methods

Teaching methods will be lectures, in-class exercises,  case study, active methodology, assignment on papers from mass media and scientific journals. Attendance at every class is expected and is monitored.

Assessment methods

Position paper and reaction paper.
