Learning outcomes

At the end of the course the student knows the problems related to the economical transactions on the internet and their penal effects. The student knows how to afford major theorical problems related to computer crimes.

Course contents

Main principles of criminal law: fraud, guilt, complicity, circumstances and cybercrimes.
