Learning outcomes
Contemporary debate on law and morality. Moral argumenation with regard to public ethics. Application of moral models and arguments in context of bioethical questions.
Course contents
Bioethics and unequal questions
Students are introduced
to the XXth century debate on law and morality. In this perspective
a normative concept of law and moral models will be applied to
unequal cases of bioethical relevance.
