Knowledge's acquirement of cultural elements and specific recommendations aimed to a right professional practising and to an improvement of the quality of assistance.

Course contents

Forensic traumatology: purposes and methodology, bruise injuries, side-arms injuries, cleaving injuries,fire-arms injuries, Asphyxiology: general approach, suffocation, stopping, hanging, strangulation, mechanical thoracic blockage, drowning, CO's poisoning. Mentions of thanatology. Obituary rules: declaration (announcement) of death, assessment of death (instrumental or not), report of death's reasons. Transplantation and taking samples of tissues and organs. Juridical types: public officer, instructed of a public service, practise a public utility's service. Privilege: privacy legislation (mentions). Medical certification. Report and offence's accusation. Patient's information, informed consent. Criminal law liability: general approach, offence's psychological element (barratry, fault and  preterintenzione. Civil law liability: general approach, contractual and extra-contractual. Health professions. Nurse profession: historical mentions, professional profile, area of ability, deontological code, board.  Abortion.
