Learning outcomes

The course intends to supply a general knowledge about the outlines of women's condition in Classiacal Ancient world. For that reason we give to students reading and commentary of sources particurarly significative for their teaching-valency. That teaching also includes an analasys of formulations of study of Gender, to apply to study of Classical world Gender.

Teaching methods

The course is founded on traditional frontal lessons and seminary. During lessons we present items about ancient Authors with italian translation.

Oral exam (and during the lessons some exercitations).
