Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop the student is capable of moving autonomously applying specific techniques learned on their own, or inside design organized by the institutions. Can with others on how use and documentation of the techniques learned. Can place the specific knowledge learned in different types of service. Can you assess the strengths and weaknesses of instrumentation techniques learned. Can transfer technologies learned in different contexts while making amendments and additions personal.

Course contents

The workshop will consist of:
1) in a lesson of presentation of the aims and content;
2) in the active participation of students in events of the International Festival of History that will be shown from the first lesson, for a total of 14 hours;
3) in a final report in which each student will present a written summary of events followed accompanied by commentary.

Teaching methods

The active participation of students in International Festival of History will consist of interventions and questions to experts and will be recorded at the beginning and at the end of each signature event

Assessment methods

For the final test each student

1) will present a brief written summary of the events followed during the International History Festival with relative commentary;

2) will have to answer questions to verify reading n. 2 essays from the ARTICLES section and n. 3 essays from the EXPERIENCES section within "Horizons of Didactics of History", edited by B. Borghi, "Didattica della Storia. Journal of Research and Didactics of History", AlmaDL, V. 2, N.1S (2020) open access: https: //dsrivista.unibo .it.

The final lesson with verification will take place in person on Friday 30 October 12 am in room 6 via Filippo Re 6.

Teaching tools

During the lesson of presentation will be used movies and power-point on the International Festival of History.

The first lesson will take place face to face on Friday 9 October from 17 to 19, in room 3 in via Zamboni 32
