By the end of this course students are able to: • know the basic technological fundamentals of AI; • design an AI strategy; • implement an AI strategy; • envision business implications and opportunities stemming from AI; • know trends emerging in the field of AI.
Contenuti
This course aims to give students a comprehensive, hands‑on understanding of how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can power real‑world business transformations. By exploring core AI concepts—from generative models to advanced business use cases—participants will develop the ability to integrate AI into existing strategies, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks. Students will learn how to evaluate business models, estimate costs and revenues, and refine proofs of concept for production‑ready implementations. They will also discover how AI can serve as a “co‑strategist,” enhancing collaboration and decision‑making throughout an organization. Ultimately, the objectives of this course are to equip students with the essential knowledge, tools, and confidence to operate as forward‑thinking, AI‑savvy professionals.
