Metodi didattici

The approach is strongly interactive.

Teaching methods consist of face-to-face lecturing, role plays, case studies, video analysis and simulations, speech by guest leaders on specific topics.

During the lectures/lessons, students will be asked to use the Teams platform: attending students are therefore invited to bring their own notebook, tablet etc. in order to share materials, comments, exercises etc.

Although not mandatory, attending lessons regularly is strongly recommended.

Modalità di verifica e valutazione dell'apprendimento

Although not mandatory, attending lessons regularly is strongly recommended. Participate actively to the lessons during in-classroom assignments will improve the final evaluation.

Tthe final examination is a written exam consisting of 30 brief open questions (2-3 lines) to complete in 75 minutes. The written exam id on the Northouse's handbook and all other materials available on Virtuale. In order to help students in preparing the exam, a list of (possible) questions will be available for download from the Virtuale section of this course in due time.

Only attending students have the possibility to increase their final evaluation by participating to in-class assignments, which give extra credits.

Final grading table:

•<18 insufficient
• 18-23 sufficient
• 24-27 good
• 28-30 excellent
• 30 cum laude honors
