At the end of the course students are able to manage strategic issues at the business level. Business definition, critical factor of success, competitive analysis, internal resources and strategic positions are discussed to define strategy in markets that can have different degrees of maturity and technology innovation.

Metodi didattici
The course will employ different teaching methods: lectures, team-based exercises and case discussions
Erasmus and Overseas students are welcome but, due to the structure of the course, they have to enroll before the course starts. They can choose Business strategy only if they are able to attend all classes.
Modalità di verifica e valutazione dell'apprendimento
Group reports, peer evaluation and written exams.
Criteria for grading:
-Identification of key problems/strategic issues
-Appropriate use of theoretical frameworks and analytical tools of the course
-Realistic, workable and well supported recommandations
-Good communication skills
The assessment grid will be as follows:
· <18 insufficient
· 18-23 sufficient
· 24-27 average/good
· 28-30 very good
· 30 cum laude excellent/outstanding
