Interlibrary loans and document delivery

Internal users

To request books not owned by the Aquaculture Section of the Cesena Campus Library send an email or fill in the form online, providing as much information possible; to request articles or parts of books or other materials, send an email or fill in the form online or use the Nilde service (in the Attachments you will find the instructions for creating an account, entering and managing your requests).
As regulated by current copyright legislation or by signed license agreements, the user will receive the printed copy and not the pdf file of the requested document.
The service is free (unless refund requests by the lending library) and reserved for the institutional users of the Library.

Travelling books

This is a book exchange service between the Aquaculture and Fish Production Hygiene Section and the Food Science Section of the Cesena Campus Library, by which the users of one can receive the material belonging to the other directly at their own Section. The data concerning the books can be found by searching the OPAC or contacting the Library staff. The request form can be found in the Attachments. 

ILLs and DDs to other Libraries

The services are exchanged free of charge by the lending and borrowing Libraries participating in the initiative. The requests can be sent by email or fax and, for articles and parts of books, using the Nilde service. The service is free for libraries that provide the same reciprocal service. Other libraries that do not provide the same reciprocal service can be asked to reimburse the shipment costs.
The following documents cannot be loaned to other Libraries: reference documents, books classified as ACQ CONS or ACQ LAB and some classified as ACQ STUD (this detail can be identified by clicking on the classification of the document in OPAC).
