General Information on Collaboration and Consulting Contracts

The Role of Consultants and Collaborators

Consultants and collaborators provide temporary, exceptional, and highly qualified services. Assignments are granted through:

  • Professional self-employed contracts (maximum duration: 36 months
  • Occasional self-employment contracts (maximum duration: 30 days);

The work is carried out independently, without fixed working hours, while complying with the coordination arrangements established with the commissioning party, who ensures the service meets the set objectives.

Consultancy and collaboration contracts cannot be renewed but may be exceptionally extended to complete the project in case of delays not attributable to the collaborator, provided that the agreed compensation remains unchanged.
