Candidacy procedure
Notice. Due to maintenance work by CINECA, the candidacy procedure may be unavailable between 14:00 and 18:00 on 5 April 2025.
If you have formed a list
You must log in with your institutional username and password (e.g. name.surname@studio.unibo.it) to create your list.
You may submit a list for the bodies in which you are eligible to vote. For each body in which you are not eligible to vote to elect representatives, you must appoint a delegate to submit your list.
If you are a delegate submitting a list
In order to be visible and receive supporting signatures, a list – initially a draft list – must be submitted. In order to submit it, the list must include at least one accepted candidacy, and everyone invited to stand for election as part of it must expressly accept or reject.
If someone invited has not accepted yet, the list may not be submitted, but the person who submits it may decide to remove them from the list and submit it anyway. Otherwise, no supporting signatures may be received. Individual candidacies are draft candidacies too at first, and must be published in order to be visible.
You must log in with your institutional username and password (e.g. name.surname@studio.unibo.it), select the body you are submitting your list for, and look for the persons you want to invite to join your list by entering their surname, name and date of birth, or their student number and date of birth. The person submitting a list must be eligible to vote to elect representatives in the body they are submitting a list for.
If you want to stand for election, support a candidate or a list, validate (accept) your candidacy in a list
You must log in with your institutional username and password (e.g. name.surname@studio.unibo.it) only.
