Learning outcomes

Knowledge and undertand of the most common primary cutaneous lymphoma entities

Course contents

The course aims to present to students the main clinico-pathological entities related to primary cutaneous lymphomas. For each clinico-pathological entity, the epidemiology, clinical presentation, histology, immunophenotype, and main characteristics of molecular biology will be illustrated. The main therapeutic approaches to the various entities and possible differential diagnoses will also be discussed. At the end of the course, therefore, the student will be able to recognize the morphological aspects for the diagnosis and management of the treated skin lesions. They will have understood the methods to correctly frame the treated pathology. At the end of the course, the following will be assessed: applied knowledge and understanding, autonomy of judgment, communication skills, and learning ability.
