Learning outcomes
The course examines communication and its principles, having special regard to dispute resolution and settlement, both judiciary and extrajudiciary. Beginning from general theory in matter of communication, in its verbal and paraverbal aspects, we will then consider language and general principles of psychology concerning communication. Then we will consider law contexts, and the implementation of A.I. in matter of justice.
Course contents
The course will focus on general principles in matter of communication and on psychology and its interaction with communication. The basic principle of communication is that what we are affects on how we move and communicate around our world. Our aim is to develop a successful way of relating to other people, both in personal and professional contexts.
