Course contents
The workshop aims to investigate the systems of constitutional justice in their different declinations, with a special focus on the Italian system and knowledge of the Constitutional Court.
During the course, important rulings concerning ethical issues and on relevant aspects of democratic life will be examined and discussed, always with a focus on comparison.
There will also be moments of discussion with guests and experts.
Students are expected to actively participate by examining and commenting on judgments, working in groups or on their own.

Teaching methods
It is a limited number Workshop for no more than 20 students in all. It takes place in the Second Semester.
Attendance will be collected at each class.
It is a highly interactive Workshop consisting of 5 meetings of 4 hours each (1 meeting per week).
To be eligible, it is necessary to attend at least 4 lectures and participate in what will be proposed by the lecturer in class.
Assessment methods
Active participation in classes. Group and/or individual discussions. Possible final presentation of a paper.
