Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student knows the most important environmental's legal rules, at international, European and national level.
Course contents
1. Principles of environmental law.
2. Sources of environmental law.
3. The organization of environmental law.
4. Analysis of the so-called single environmental text (Legislative Decree No. 152 of April 3, 2006).
5. Procedures. Discipline of the EIA, EIA.
6. Environmental information and tools of protection.
7. Environmental damage and remediation of contaminated sites.
8. Air quality protection and air pollution.
9. Water protection and water protection instruments.
10. Water management and integrated water service.
11. The regulation of waste.
12. Climate change.
13. Biodiversity protection in EU and domestic law.
14. The marine environment and maritime spatial planning.

The exam will take place in oral form.
