Teaching methods

The course is divided into lectures and practical exercises in the classroom, individually and in small groups

Assessment methods

Written test and drafting of care planning for a clinical case in the field of health promotion

The preventive and community nursing training plan is included in a pilot project to strengthen nursing students' nursing skills in primary health care; this project involves the integration of the teaching modules of Hygiene and Family and Community Medicine, Preventive and Community Nursing, Fundamental Care Laboratory 1 and Internship 1.

During the learning sessions, students will have the opportunity to compare notes with nurses from local contexts; they will be actively involved in interactive discussions, working together to explore concepts, analyze real-world scenarios and share their experiences. The group approach offers the opportunity to learn from others, engage with different perspectives and create a collaborative learning environment.

The learning sessions will be led by the facilitator teacher, encouraging active participation and providing input based on the experiences of the participants

Teaching tools

The lessons will be carried out through the use of the main technological tools (PowerPoint) together with the connection to databases via Proxi Unibo.
