Assessment methods

The exam will be unique for the integrated course of Preventive and Community Sciences (which includes the modules of Preventive and Community Nursing, Microbiology, Hygiene and Radiation Protection) and will be made up of two parts: one oral and one written, which will be held at maximum 2 days apart from each other.

You will first have to take an oral interview on the program part of the Preventive and Community Nursing module.

Only if the outcome is positive, with a grade of at least 18/30, will it be possible to take a written exam, with multiple answers, which will focus on Microbiology, Hygiene and Radiation Protection programmes.

The written exam will consist of 40 questions, of which 16 on Hygiene, 16 on Microbiology and 8 on Radiation Protection, to maintain the correct relationship between the different CFUs.

To pass the written exam, the student will have to answer at least 24 questions, of which at least 50% correct for each module

The final grade will be equal to the weighted average of the oral grade (which will represent 2/7 of the final grade) and the written one (which will represent 5/7 of the final grade)

Positive marks obtained in the oral part will not be considered valid if the written part is not passed in the same exam
