Learning outcomes
Students at the end of the lessons will have knowledge about microbiology and clinical microbiology, with a particular focus on the applicative aspects. They will also have been taught the main concepts about the microbial pathogenicity and laboratory diagnostics.

During the lessons the topics included in the course program will be discussed with the students.
Assessment methods
The exam will be unique for the integrated course of Preventive and Community Sciences (which includes Preventive and Community Nursing, Microbiology, Hygiene and Radiation Protection modules. It will consist of two parts: one oral for the Preventive and Community Nursing course and one written multiple-choice quiz for the remaining part, containing 40 questions.
The written test will be performed on EOL website, by using personal PC or tablet devices.
