Learning outcomes
Students will learn about the principal characteristic and agronomic management of the most important herbaceous crops, so they will acquire the necessary tools and knowledge for the management of agricultural systems.
Course contents
The course (4 CFU, total 40 hours: 24 frontal lessons and 16 integrative activities) consisting in a general description of main herbaceous crops. The lessons will be focus on cultivation area, morpho-physiological characteristics, agronomic requirements, cultivation practices, quality and end uses of each crop.
