Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop, the student: - knows about the course as dealt with in the context of integration within a simulated learning environment; - will be able to reflect critically in groups on the proposed themes.

 

Course contents

Assessment of disability and procedure for assigning didactic support measures;
operational profile and individual project;
knowledge of current legislation regarding inclusion in the national territory;
presentation of the new national IEP model and its sections;
tools for the observation of the pupil and the context (barriers and facilitators) on an ICF basis for the conscious choice of objectives and didactic activities;
presentation of case report and processing of annexes A1 (kindergarten) and A 2 (primary school);
programming of didactic interventions on pupils with different types of disabilities and subsequent evaluation; strategies and tools for a teaching functional to the needs of all students, according to the prospect of Universal Design for Learning.

The course will have a declination addressed both to primary school and Pre-schools contexts.

Teaching methods

Classroom-taught and laboratory lesson.

Small group activities will be promoted. It is advisable for students to have a PC

or a tablet.

Assessment methods

The evaluation will concern:
- active participation
- the production (individual or group) of the requested products
- the reference to bibliographic sources;
- the ability to link content to personal experience.
Thelaboratory, in addition to an active participation, provides for the development of a 'laboratory product' defined by the teacher (report, educational project ...).
The evaluation involves four judgments:
REJECTED: laboratory to be attended again;
-1;
0;
+1.
The assessment will be made known by the conductors via the web-teacher page and will contribute to define the final mark of the exam. This assessment will remain valid until the final vote is recorded.
