Learning outcomes
-ability to apply the contents of the course in a virtual learning environment;
-ability to take part in a group debate among peers regarding the contents of the discipline.
Course contents
Humans-woods interactions;
Identification of the main forest species in the Apennines;
Evolution of the landscape in Apennine forests;
Protected areas, woods, management;
Woods and environmental education.
The workshop will analyze the theme under the filter of Didactics, both for Primary schools and Pre-schools contexts.
The workshop will be taught in Italian language.
International students are exempted in attending the workshops, replacing the attendance with a short essay, whose theme has to be discussed with the professor in advance.
Readings/Bibliography
As the workshop is integrated with the course in Geography of the studycourse in Scienze della Formazione Primaria, there are no compulsory textbooks to study.

Assessment methods
The workshop is fully integrated with the course in Geography of the studycourse in Scienze della Formazione Primaria.
The evaluation of the workshop will be developed on the basis of an individual project work by the students: rejected (in this case the student must take part to a second workshop) or -1/0/+1 added or withdrawn from/to the score of the written test of the course in Geography.
