Learning outcomes

Develops legal skills on comparative law and follow-up on contemporary issues about labour and company law, analysed by italian and german perspective.

Course contents

The workshop will be held in collaboration with experts in German Law on topical issues related to Labour, Business and Company Law.

The lectures will be dedicated to current issues in the field of labour and company law, with specific regards to the ESG factors in the european and german legal framework.
