Course contents
The programme, in collaboration with the Chamber of Commerce of Ferrara and Ravenna and the Order of Lawyers of Ravenna, consists of 8 seminars, each lasting 3 hours. The following topics will be addressed: (1) Legal aspects of electronic signatures, with particular reference to digital signatures, the National Service Card (CNS), and the Electronic Identity Card (CIE); (2) Technological and organisational introduction to digital and graphometric signatures, the National Service Card (CNS), certified email (PEC), and time stamps; (3) Chamber services online: the legal framework and practical applications (Part I); (4) The new competencies of the business register in light of the corporate law reform; (5) Chamber services online: the legal framework and practical applications (Part II); (6) Digital services for innovation: PID (Industry 4.0), SPID, CNS, PEC - some practical exercises; (7) Digital signatures and the Civil Procedure Code (PCT); (8) The console for lawyers and magistrates.

Teaching methods
The series of seminars, consisting of 8 sessions of 3 hours each, will have a theoretical-practical and applied nature. Attendance is mandatory, and a record of attendance will be collected and verified. The requirement for attendance will be met by participating in 6 out of the 8 sessions.
Assessment methods
Assessment of learning will be conducted through a written examination.

The Professor may use slides to make the topics covered during the seminars clearer and more accessible. The slides will be made available on Virtuale.
