Course contents
The module aims to define the relationship between migrations and legal, irregular and illegal labor markets, facing the multiple connections between immigration and work, with particular regard to the protection of the foreigner against discrimination and the right to access and / or stay in the territory of the Italian state.
In this perspective, the dynamics of formal and informal regulation will be examined, both with regard to specific sectors such as agriculture, where worrying phenomena of "nuovo caporalato" re-emerge, and with reference to the particular subordination condition in which the migrant worker, influenced both from the provisions of the immigration single text and from labor legislation.
