The course aims to provide an in-depth knowledge of private international law, for the purpose of preparing for legal careers, and for international careers.

Teaching methods

The lectures will be held in Italian and the exam will take place in Italian.

 

Assessment methods

The exam is oral or written (at the choice of the student).

a) The oral exam consists in 2-3 questions on the programme of the course.

b) The written exam consists of questions with 3 possible answers (1 correct, 2 false) on the course program, identical for attending and non-attending students.

The exams take place in presence.
