Learning outcomes

At the end of the learning module the student will understand the pathophysiology, diagnosis and treatment of the most common fetal complications

Course contents

  1. Perinatal mortality.
  2. Premature delivery.
  3. Congental anomalies.
  4. Multiple gestations.
  5. Fetal growth restriction.
  6. Fetal macrosomia.
  7. Birth asphyxia.
  8. Anti-erythocyte alloimmunizations.
  9. Miscarriage and trophoblastic disease.
  10. Ectopic pregnancy.
  11. Placenta previa and placental abruption.
