31040 - Territorial Planning T

Academic Year 2024/2025

Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, the students have the ability to promote, orient, implement and control sustainable land transformations through planning tools. The course illustrates the functioning of the urban and territorial planning system and explains the aims and contents of the related instruments. It deepens the planning system of the Emilia-Romagna Region, that is a frontrunner example of innovative planning in Italy and beyond. The student is therefore able to understand the theoretical and procedural aspects related to the planning activities and, in particular, the development and implementation of the municipal urban plan.
