Learning outcomes

By the end of this internship, students will:

- gain professional experience in a specific working reality, chosen among entities operating in various fields related to theatre and dance, namely theatres, festivals, associations, public bodies, private companies, archives, libraries, museums, schools;

- acquire basic skills and know the specific working aspects of one of the following artistic fields: production, organization, conservation, communication, teaching.

Course contents

The curricular internship is an activity of your study plan that allows you to achieve practical skills and university credits (cfu) according to the study plan of your course of study. The internship abroad can be carried out by applying to the Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship exchange programme It may also be carried out by selecting a host institution abroad and following the procedure described at the website of your course of study, at Studying/Internship page, and accessing SOL-Internship platform.

This curricular internship can be completed by students who have chosen it in their study plan; it is not considered as a work activity and therefore does not implies compulsory remuneration by the Companies. The duration of the internship depends on the credits set out in the study plan (6 credits correspond to 150 hours).

Students who have chosen to complete the Internship (1) (LM) are required to follow the rules illustrated on the website of the Corso di Laurea magistrale in Discipline della Musica e del Teatro, at the page about Tirocini.

Professor Elena Cervellati is is available for clarification or advice about this internship and the related procedures for approving and registering it.

To be agreed on a case-by-case basis according to the internship experience planned.

Assessment methods

Once completed the online procedure, as on the internet page of the Corso di Laurea magistrale in Discipline della Musica e del Teatro devoted to the Tirocini, it will be possible to record the activity during the office hours of professor Elena Cervellati, online (by Teams) or in person (via Barberia 4).

In case of an internship abroad in the frame of an Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship programme, the teaching activity will be registered in your career as ID.
