Learning outcomes

The student will learn about physical activity as a primary and secondary prevention tool for chronic illnesses

  • Analysis of the different types of exercise and adaptive armatures.

 

  • Exercise and physical efficiency.

 

  • Dosage and physical exercise -Noections on cardiovascular training and for increasing muscle strength

Assessment methods

The verification method is written AND IN PRESENCE

The written test will aim to verify the possession of sufficient knowledge of the basic notions of the discipline. The test will consist of 25/30 multiple choice questions and some open-ended questions. The oral exam can be requested only if the written exam is not passed for two consecutive sessions (not the refusal of the grade).

Only students who have registered within the established deadlines and who have attended the course (9 hours out of 12 hours) are eligible to take the exam.

During the exam, it is mandatory to present a valid identification document (university badge) and, in case of suspicion of irregularity, further documentation proving the student's identity may be requested.

Please respect the rules while taking the exam and do not copy or communicate with other students. Any form of attempted fraud will lead to the withdrawal of the assignment and therefore the cancellation of the exam



The exam sessions will be agreed with the students during the course.

The lessons will be accompanied by visual and audiovisual supports.

Teaching material: The teaching material presented in class is made available to the student in electronic format via the Internet. This material will provide the guidelines for in-depth studies carried out during the lessons
