To check out all your exams must be recorded.

To avoid any delays, check regularly through AlmaRM that the exams you have sat have been recorded and, if any grades are missing, contact the professors.
If after about 4 weeks from your departure there are still missing recordings, please write to exchange.students@unibo.it indicating for each exam: name, code, date, grade and professor.
The Certificate of Attendance and the Transcript of Records will be sent to you and your home university in digital format and they will also be made available on your personal AlmaRM Homepage.
Important:
Do not forget to return the books borrowed from the libraries, before checking-out, otherwise you will not be issued the Transcript of Records.
The end date of your mobility period corresponds to the working day (Monday to Friday) preceding the date of your name outbound travel ticket (for example your flight ticket in your name).
Find out promptly about any rules that your university or the institute funding your mobility applies to calculate the amount of your scholarship and bear this in mind for the Check-out date.
The Check-out formally closes your mobility period and you cannot sit any more exams or participate in other teaching activities.
