Teaching methods

During the lessons, moments of traditional lecturing will alternate with moments of discussion and debate with the students on texts or visual materials proposed by the instructor. Multimedia materials such as comics, videos, images, and photos will be used to introduce students to the various creative methodologies. The goal is to create an interactive and stimulating learning environment that encourages active participation and engagement from everyone.

Assessment methods

The final assessment will be based on the development of a research project that employs the creative techniques learned during the course. Students will be invited to develop an original project, which must include the use of narrative approaches, participatory art, and/or visual storytelling to investigate a social phenomenon of their choice.

The project will be presented and discussed during the exam, and the evaluation will consider the following criteria:
- Ability to apply the creative methodologies learned during the course.
- Originality and relevance of the chosen research topic.
- Clarity of exposition and quality of the project presentation.
