Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student acquires knowledge of history, law and operational methodology in the field of ecclesiastical cultural heritage. The multiple forms of collaboration to which secular powers and religious denominations are devoted for the protection and promotion of cultural assets with religious connotations will be analyzed in order to reconcile and make interact the different interests focused on them. Space will be given to the drafting of concrete projects for the protection and enhancement of historical, artistic and cultural heritage of religious interest, in order to allow the student a practical-professional use of the knowledge acquired.

Teaching methods
The course will be conducted through lectures and seminars with the aid of computer equipment (slides, internet) and the slides made available on the website https://virtuale.unibo.it/.
Assessment methods
ATTENDING/WORKING STUDENTS
Working students are equated with attending students.
Those who have attended at least 70% of the lectures are considered 'attending students'.
The final examination will consist of an interview on the topics indicated in the "Programme/Contents" section.
Parts of the syllabus may also be replaced by the writing of a dissertation (minimum 12 pages), the subject of which must be agreed in advance with the lecturer.
The thesis must be handed in to the lecturer one week before the oral test.
If the teacher deems the thesis to be suitable, its content will become an integral part of the final oral examination. The student will be asked about the content of the paper and other parts of the programme agreed with the lecturer.
NON-ATTENDING STUDENTS
The colloquium will focus on topics related to those indicated in the "Programme and contents" section and the textbooks are those indicated in the "Texts/Bibliography" section.
Students with SLD or temporary or permanent disabilities. It is necessary to contact the relevant University office (https://site.unibo.it/studenti-con-disabilita-e-dsa/en) with ample time in advance: the office will propose some adjustments, which must in any case be submitted 15 days in advance to the lecturer, who will assess the appropriateness of these in relation to the teaching objectives.
Teaching tools
Summary sheets and slides on the main topics covered; in-depth readings; verification of the degree of understanding and preparation during the course through classroom interaction and discussion.
Students who, for reasons dependent on disabilities or specific learning disorders (DSA), require compensatory tools may inform the lecturer of their needs so that they can be referred to the contact persons and the most appropriate measures can be agreed upon.
