Learning outcomes
At the end of the module, the student is familiar with the methodology of research and is able to identify specific areas of intervention.
Course contents
The course introduces the methodological principles of research and the main types of studies found in the literature and of nursing interest.
At the end of the course the student should be able to:
- Know the principles of research methodology;
- Define the meaning of scientific research in nursing;
- Describe the characteristics of the main study designs;
- Apply the steps of the research process.
