Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student is supposed to have a great knowledge of civil procedure rules, paying special attention to the proceedings underlined below.
Course contents
The course will focus on general principles of civil procedure, on ordinary process of cognition, as well as execution procedures. we will also examine some of the main important special proceedings (monitory proceding, interim relief, arbitration).
During the second part of the course, we will deepen institutional elements of comunication and psychology, that such a relevant role play in what judges, lawyers and law operators in general do.

Teaching methods
The professor will examine the principal topics of the matter, constantly engaging students attending the lesson. Attending lessons is warmly recommended.
Assessment methods
The exam is oral.
The first part takes place with a commission of collaborators, asking two or three questions about the program above.
The second part is conducted by the professor, who asks both about civil procedure and communication and psychology.
The final mark goes from 18 to 30 depending on the level and quality of preparation, exposing ability and language fluency, ability of connecting different parts of the topic.
