Learning outcomes
At the end of the course, the student acquires theoretical knowledge relating to the main phenomena of interaction and dysfunctional communication in different social contexts and the prospects of transformation and overcoming of the same. He also acquires basic practical skills aimed at proactively building conscious and positive interpersonal relationships.
Course contents
The course presents the phenomenology of different types of stress and describes the main resources to overcome them. The goal is to define well-being as overcoming cognitive patterns, emotional blocks and behavioral dysfunctions that affect the balance and well-being of the person.
Particular attention is paid to the working context and that of interpersonal relationships in other areas of interaction.

The assessment consists of an oral interview focused on the texts' contents and on other material possibly made available by the teacher
