Learning outcomes

During the course the student will be able to grasp and understand the main molecular bases of organisation and architecture of genes encoded inside the nuclear, mitochondrial or chloroplast genomes of plant cells. At the end of course, He/She will have acquired notions to understand experimental protocols and molecular mechanisms responsible for gene expression regulation. He/she will e able to independently analyse experimental raw data take from published literature and interpret them to propose models for further validations.
