Course contents

Conversation lessons with an emphasy on discussion and essay writing regarding current events in society at large; introduction to the different types of texts (the abstract, the letter, the e-mail, the thesis), writing an essay. For each lesson there will be excercises to prepare at home (“flipped classroom”).

Refresher and run-through of critical grammatical aspects. Consolidation of the spoken language (to explain, to ask, to exchange points of view) through discussion in the class room.
