Academic Year 2024/2025

  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: First cycle degree programme (L) in Communication Sciences (cod. 8885)

Course contents

The Lab is intended for learning non-violent communication inspired by M. Rosenberg and understood as a practice of facilitating interaction in different contexts: personal, group, professional and institutional. The goal is to offer the student the skills needed to communicate and receive feelings and needs in an assertive way, to prevent the onset of conflicts (internal and interpersonal), to manage any conflicts already in existence and to create both micro and macro social collaboration networks.

The workshop is fully experiential and uses activities and "relational games" taken from the now well-established international literature on non-violent communication.

The students, first of all, will learn the various practices of non-violent communication through active participation in the experiences conducted by the teacher and, at a later stage, they themselves will design and conduct short group experiences.

Participation in the workshop is limited to 20 students.
