Learning outcomes
The course aims at investigating models, processes and tools for representing and processing digital documents, in particular legal and administrative ones.
It also focuses on the creation of large and interoperable document bases.
We will also study the main techniques and tools for automatic extraction of information from collections of documents.

Students with SLD or temporary or permanent disabilities. Teaching methods
The topics will be explained with slides, made available on the Virtuale platform together with examples of code.
Practical sessions will be organised too.
Assessment methods
The final evalution will consist of the preparation and presentation of a project work, individual or in group.
Students with SLD or temporary or permanent disabilities. It is necessary to contact the relevant University office (https://site.unibo.it/studenti-con-disabilita-e-dsa/en) with ample time in advance: the office will propose some adjustments, which must in any case be submitted 15 days in advance to the lecturer, who will assess the appropriateness of these in relation to the teaching objectives.
