Learning outcomes

The course is focused on the international summer school Chemical and Genomics Strategies in the Discovery of Novel Drug Targets. The main aim of the course is to expose young students to international experts' new ideas in the develpoment of drugs. It offers a unique opportunity to participants to discuss with experts on the latest research results.

Course contents

Summer School is one week long and normally takes place the last week of June/early July.

Lectures cover research on topics such as neurodegenerative diseases, cancer, diabetes, pain, and other diseases with the aim of developing new drugs. As well the students will have notions on intellectual properties an practical laboratory.
