Learning outcomes

By the end of the internship the student: gains professional experience in a specific working reality, chosen among entities operating in various fields related to theatre and dance, namely theatres, festivals, associations, public bodies, private companies, archives, libraries, museums, schools; acquires basic skills and knows the specific working aspects in one of the following artistic fields: production, organization, conservation, communication, teaching.

Course contents

The curricular internship is an activity of your study plan that allows you to achieve practical skills and university credits (CFU). You may carry it out either at premises of the University of Bologna or at external public or private institutions that have signed an internship agreement with the University, in Italy or abroad.

The internship abroad can be carried out also by applying to the exchange programme Erasmus+ mobility for traineeship.

This curricular internship can be completed by students who have chosen it in their study plan; it is not considered as a work activity and therefore does not implies compulsory remuneration by the Companies. The duration of the internship depends on the credits set out in the study plan (6 credits correspond to 150 hours).

Teaching methods

To be agreed on a case-by-case basis according to the internship experience planned.

Assessment methods

At the end of the internship, the student must enter the end date of the internship on the online internship and attach the attendance register; in this way, the student will receive a notice by email to fill in the trainee's questionnaire; the institution will receive a notice to fill in the evaluation questionnaire. The internship activity will be recorded online by the teacher indicated as tutor (Enrico Pitozzi for the Theatre) who will receive the notice automatically and will proceed to the recording. It is not necessary to contact the teacher.
