27991 - Mathematical Analysis T-1

Academic Year 2024/2025

Learning outcomes

The student knows the basic concepts and the main properties of real functions of a real variable, in particular differential and integral calculus.

Course contents

The course treats the basic ideas and tecniques in real analysis, in particular for real functions of a real variable. The main contents are:

- Basic set theory, Real numbers, Euclidean topology
- Sequences, Limits
- Continuous functions
- Differential calculus
- Integral calculus
- Series
- Complex numbers

However, the course will be taught in Italian: see the italian version for the detailed program.
