Teaching methods

Theoretical lectures, presentation of case studies, exercises to be developed in groups, classroom work.

Assessment methods

The VEP teaching module involves the development of an exercise and the taking of an oral test.

In order to obtain a positive evaluation of the exercise, the delivery must ensure the following criteria: i) coherence: the exercise has been developed correctly in all its parts; ii) completeness: the exercise is complete in all its constituent parts and transposing the inputs from the lecturer; iii) readability: the exercise requires the use of clear, understandable technical language, along with care for the graphic and communication aspects. The exercise is compulsory to enter the oral test.

Passing the oral examination with a passing grade will be granted to those who demonstrate mastery of the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired from the lectures and study material.

Failure to pass the exam may be due to insufficient mastery of content, use of limited technical language, and/or lack of or insufficient operational ability in solving the assessment problem proposed in the exercise.
The VEP grade will be expressed in thirtieths, and will be the result of the average of the exercise grade and the oral test grade (50:50). The minimum grade to pass the VEP exam is 18/30. Therefore, the maximum grade achievable is 30 with honors.
