Learning outcomes
The professionalizing seminar allows students to acquire concrete knowledge about the professional role and specific skills of the Labor Consultant.
Course contents
The "professionalizing" seminar allows the participants to acquire the main knowledge on the professional figure of the consultant on labour law, his / her role and specific skills in the field of work.
In particular, the contents of the seminar program will concern:
1) Access to the profession of consultant on labour law (internship, admission to the profession, social security institution and category social security fund);
2) Skills and development potential of the profession;
3) New tasks assigned by the legislator to the consultant;
4) Discipline, organization and control over the exercise of the profession carried out by the Order of Consultants;
5) Professional training and ethics.
Readings/Bibliography
The bibliography useful for studying in depth the themes of the program will be indicated during the seminar and the necessary documentation will be provided directly by the Order of Consultants on Labour Law.
Teaching methods
The seminar has a clear professional vocation, therefore the lectures will be accompanied by testimonials from professionals.
Assessment methods
The verification at the end of the seminar will be carried out by the classroom teacher, according to the modalities and times agreed with the course participants.
