Learning outcomes

At the end of the teaching module the student knows the main theoretical frameworks and communication techniques useful in interpersonal relations, that is to say awareness of him/herself and of the others, assertiveness and emotional balance.

Course contents

The course will focus on the dynamics of relationships and emotions in interaction. In particular, the following topics will be addressed:

- motivations and functions of relationships -

Transactional Analysis -

listening, empathy and awareness

- assertiveness and emotions

Readings/Bibliography

The texts are the same for attending and non-attending students The list of texts may vary and will be indicated at the beginning of the lessons

Lessons, proposal and critical sharing of self-perception and self-evaluation tests, simulation exercises

Assessment methods

The exam will consist of a test with multiple choice questions in presence.

Erasmus students and those belonging to other exchange programs are asked to contact the teachers (Prof. Galatolo and Lorenzetti) to agree on the date of the oral exam
