Assessment methods
For students of the cognitive path:
- Course materials "coincide" with the course references: Salvemini, S. 2017. Organizzazione Aziendale. Milano: Egea.
- The final test is written. It is composed by multiple choice questions, to be answered within 35 minutes.
For students of the experiential path:
- Course materials "comprehend" the course references - Salvemini, S. 2017. Organizzazione Aziendale. Milano: Egea - and other readings handled during class.
- Class participation is essential to the exam preparation.
- Students, organized in small groups of 4/5 people, are invited to complete and to present one assignment during the course.
- Evaluation criteria are the following:
* 60%: written test composed by multiple choice questions to be answered in 35 minutes.
* 30%: class presentation of the assignment.
* 10%: peer evaluation based of the team assignment.
For both learning paths, the mark is based on the following categorization:
* <18: poor
* 18-23: fair
* 24-27: moderate
* 28-30: good
* 30 e lode: excellent
Digital devices (smartphones, smartwatches, iPads, etc.) are not allowed to be used during the examination tests and must necessarily be turned off. The detection of any turned-on devices will result in the cancellation of the test. Instead, the use of analog watches is allowed.
Teaching tools
The course offers two different modalities of participants' involvement: (i) a cognitive path, which aims to provide an essential preparation on the study of organizations and (ii) an experiential path, characterized by an high degree of involvement of participants, according to international and high level standards.
