Teaching methods
The course mixes lectures, case discussion and hands-on problem solving exercises based on different material (reports, analyses, videos, guest hosts) which will systematically engage all participating students. Specific attention will be given to directly engage them with specific assignments involving dedicated presentations and report writing.
Assessment methods
If attendance is possible, students will be involved in a series of projects which will determine the final grade according to what will be communicated at the beginning of the course. Otherwise, the exam is oral, based on the texts assigned. To goal of the oral exam is to: verify students' knowledge of the different parts of the course; verify students' ability to apply the theoretical concepts to specific working situations; verify students' abilities to apply the different topics developed in a variety of industries. The dates will be published through the web-based Almaesami application according to the School's schedule.
