1) Chain of infections : definition of source of infectionsSusceptible hosts, modes of trasmission and related opportunities to break the chain.
Healthcare Associated Infections : definition and epidemiological data
Standard and Transmission based Precautions in Health care settings, deepening Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette
2)Infectious agents of special infection control interest for health care settings : Cl Difficile and MDRO's. Surveillance tools for case findings of single patients or cluster of patients infected or colonized with epidemiologially important organisms
